Such non conventional kinds of physical trainings as yoga, belly dancing, wrestling may be included in the schedule as well This will obviously be very helpful for students to broaden their outlook and to try something they may choose as a hobby and admire for the rest of life.
Swimming is the best alternative way for common physical lessons for it helps to keep fit and to develop a persons’ body. All in all such skills sometimes may save some ones life in case of emergence on the water.
